Terme Olimia, recognized as the best wellness center in Slovenia, underwent an architectural renovation to create an even more harmonious and relaxing atmosphere. Among the most significant innovations is a magnificent indoor vertical garden, designed to bring the beauty of nature into interior spaces.
This case study explores how our LED fixtures played a pivotal role in turning this vision into reality.

The project

The vertical garden, measuring 24 meters in length with a total surface area of 85 square meters, was developed by HUMKO, a company specializing in horticulture and green infrastructure. The challenge was to create a lighting system that not only ensured the survival and growth of plants in the absence of natural light but also seamlessly integrated with the sophisticated design of the center. Thanks to our LED lamps, we created an environment that combines aesthetics with functionality.

Installation description

For this project, we provided 22 AE24 WH lamps equipped with LEDs featuring adjustable color temperatures ranging from 2700K to 6500K. These fixtures produce neutral, uniform light that mimics natural white light, blending perfectly with the interior design.
The entire vertical garden relies exclusively on our lighting for plant growth, a common challenge in indoor green projects. With the precision of our lamps, we delivered the right light intensity and a calibrated spectrum to meet the physiological needs of the plants.

Installed product

Sirio

For the vertical garden at Terme Olimia, the original AE24 model was installed, now represented by the updated Sirio version. This LED lamp ensures uniform illumination and a calibrated spectrum, making it ideal for decorative plants in dark indoor environments. Sirio combines efficiency with design, helping to maintain healthy and lush greenery while seamlessly integrating with the wellness center’s refined style.
