To support their cultivation, Agricooltur® partnered with us to create a tailored LED lighting system, that delivers efficiency, quality, and exceptional outcomes.
The project
Aeroponic cultivation requires meticulous management of all environmental variables, including light, a key factor for plant growth. Agricooltur® needed a lighting system that could ensure balanced and optimal growth, from germination to flowering, with a customized light spectrum and optimal energy management, minimizing energy consumption and operational costs.
Thanks to our LED lamps, it was possible to create a light spectrum calibrated for each growth stage, ensuring energy efficiency, long lifespan and low heat production. This solution transformed the aeroponic greenhouses into perfectly controlled environments, maximizing productivity.
Installation description
The lighting system we designed for Agricooltur® incorporates a full light spectrum, combining specific wavelengths to meet the needs of plants at every growth stage.
- Blue light: stimulates vegetative growth, photosynthesis, and leaf development, essential in the early stages.
- Red light: promotes flowering and fruiting, supporting plants during the reproductive phase.
The lighting system has been configured to adjust the photoperiod, or the duration of light exposure, based on the plant’s growth stage. During the vegetative phase, for instance, plants receive 6 to 18 hours of light per day, ensuring rapid and uniform growth. With this approach, Agricooltur® can maintain an optimal environment for every production cycle.
